Terms of Use
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms of Use describe the rules for authorized administrators, workspace owners, and organizers using the SportGether Admin portal.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SportGether Admin, you agree to use the portal only in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and any organization policies that apply to this site.
2. Authorized admin use
The admin portal is only for authorized organizers, workspace owners, and administrators. You may use it to create activities, update details, manage attendance, upload activity images, maintain invite links, select workspaces, and review operational history.
3. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your admin credentials secure, using the correct admin account, signing out from shared devices, and reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share admin access, session cookies, workspace access, or guest management links with anyone who is not authorized.
4. Activity information
You are responsible for entering accurate activity dates, locations, capacity, descriptions, meeting details, and updates. SportGether is a coordination tool and does not independently verify activity safety or accuracy.
5. Participant data
You must handle participant names, emails, notes, RSVP status, attendance status, guest/member account details, and guest links responsibly. Do not export, publish, or use participant information for unrelated purposes without proper permission.
6. Uploaded content and images
Only upload content that you own, created, or have permission to use. Uploaded activity images may be resized or stored in object storage and may be displayed on public activity pages. Do not upload illegal, harmful, misleading, private, or infringing content.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse invite links, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, impersonate others, scrape participant information, or use SportGether for unlawful or abusive activity.
8. Outdoor activity risk
Sports, outdoor, and other group activities involve risks, including injury, weather changes, venue or route conditions, transportation issues, and personal fitness limitations. Organizers and participants remain responsible for appropriate planning and judgment.
9. Public sharing
When an activity is public or shared by invite link, some activity information, uploaded images, attendee counts, and partially masked participant names may be visible to people who can access the public activity page. Administrators are responsible for deciding when sharing is appropriate.
10. Suspension or removal
Admin access, workspace access, activity content, images, invite links, or registrations may be suspended, limited, or removed if they appear to violate these terms, create security risk, or are no longer authorized by the organization operating SportGether.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
SportGether is provided as an activity management tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties and is not responsible for organizer decisions, participant conduct, outdoor conditions, or third-party services.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when features, workflows, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing terms and contact
These terms are governed by the rules, policies, and applicable law of the organization operating this SportGether Admin site. Questions about admin access, organization policy, or legal notices should be sent to that organization through its published contact channel.
